Parachute Enclosed Lift Bags

These enclosed lift bags are a parachute design with a single point attachment for off angle lifting and are in use globally for salvage, lightening and lifting. Using highly durable, premium quality fabrics, these bags survive and excel in the most difficult environments.

For shallow water salvage, low speed towing, draft reduction and surface floatation, the range of premier parachute totally enclosed lift bags are ideal for controlled general lifting and buoyancy provision. The enclosed parachute design has a single attachment point to the liftbags load bearing strap arrangement for off angle lifting.

The remote inflation and deflation of these totally enclosed bags increases safety and provides lifting options for a wide range of applications. Fitted internally with a manual dump valve and inverter line attachment, so can be quickly converted to an open end parachute liftbag operation.

They are fabricated from tough 3 ply PVC fabric with a load bearing structural polyester scrim coated on both sides with PVC for durability & UV resistance. The seams are radio frequency welded for strength and integrity. Manufacturing is to IMCA D-016 Rev 4:2016 standard and the lift bags are independently tested to a safe working load ratio of 5:1
