Hydraulic Hose Sets
EC Hopkins offer hydraulic hose sets in a range of lengths and specification that can be used inconjuction with the hydrualic power packs and the hydraulic tools.
The range of hydraulic hose sets includes standard synthetic hose for most applications through to thermoplastic hoses with neutral buoyancy that are designed to be used with the hull cleaning range of equipment and can also be beneficial in other situations. These hose sets can be supplied in a range of lengths from 7m upto 300m long. 25m and 50m hose sets are a popular length that we supply to a number of commercial diving companies and other customers.
The bore of the pressure and return hose are optimised depending on the hydraulic flow and length of the hose set to ensure the best performance from the tools. Hose sets with too small a bore size will cause an issue with tools, especially on tools such as breakers, hammer drills and chipping hammers.
