Klingspor CS570 zirconia multi-bond fibre discs for high stock removal on stainless steel, steel, non-ferrous metal and aluminium.

 

The Klingspor CS570 fibre discs are designed for grinding work on metal. Metals prove to be difficult materials as they are tough, yet exceptionally hard at the same time. The most formidable of these metals are stainless steel and high-alloy steels, so called super alloys. The CS570 fibre discs tackle these challenges with an extra hard and ultra-tough abrasive grain made of zirconia alumina that is bonded to a vulcanised fibre backing plate with a strong synthetic resin. The CS570 fibre disc possesses characteristics that make it a particularly good choice for processing stainless steel and aluminium. The multi-bond coating provides cool grinding, close coating gives uniform scratch patterns and the zirconia alumina grain is self-sharpening providing a long life and aggressive stock removal.
