The HP8 hydraulic power unit is engineered for continuous professional use and is optimized to deliver ideal flows and pressures to a wide range of hydraulic tools. Its powerful 18 HP Briggs & Stratton engine and best-in-class cooling system delivers the power and heat rejection needed to keep tools working uninterrupted all day in all types of climatic conditions.
The Stanley HP8 power pack features an intuitive throttle selector which makes changing flow rates very easy. Its feature-rich, dependable operation make the HP8 the workhorse of many industries.
The HP8 is the replacement for the Stanley GT18 power pack and EC Hopkins have supplied hundreds of these units over the years into a wide range of applications in challenging environments where, flow, working pressure and cooling have been critical. These applications include diamond chainsawing, anchor rod driving using Stanley breakers, powering a variety of underwater tools on long hose lengths, military and Fire and Rescue applications to name but a few.
