Klingspor FS964 ACT ceramic fibre discs for high stock removal on stainless steel and steel.
The Klingspor FS964 ACT ceramic fibre discs are a premium product for working on steel and stainless steel. The grit used on these fibre discs is ceramic aluminium oxide which is also micro-crystalline. What this means is that as the operator applies pressure to the disc the grain periodically fractures in a way that leaves a sharp edge to continue the work, in effect it is self-sharpening. The FS964 ACT also features advanced coating technology (ACT) which means excellent grain adhesion to the backing material. All of these features mean that this fibre disc offers aggressive stock removal and a long service life.
