Kemper Sanding Stars (The Original) 200mm Diameter
The ORIGINAL-KEMPER® sanding stars for deburring and finishing. Abrasive and deburring tool made of high flexible, slotted cloth, range of grit P 60-800. Flaps are fixed by solid tubular rivet with moulded flanges.
A very efficient, quick and low-cost way for deburring and finishing all types of materials and shapes thanks to the design of the ORIGINAL-KEMPER® Sanding stars. One of its highlight-characteristics is the cool abrasive process, because of which it is applicable for thermoplastics as well as for GFRPs and metals reducing the risk of burning or smearing .
Manufacturers and fabricators of moulded parts or other materials very often meet the requirement of deburring or smoothing workpieces after the moulding process.
The ORIGINAL-KEMPER®-Sanding star is available in various diameters and grits.
The selection of the speed according to the diameter of the sanding star is important. Only when operated with the optimal speed can the sanding star can offer its main characteristic which is the high flexibility. Even highly shaped or cut parts will be deburred or smoothed within seconds without metal or Nylon residues remaining – as very often found with the use of other tools.
The ORIGINAL-KEMPER® Sanding star offers the flexible and economic solution of deburring – or smoothing problems of medium up to large quantities.
The current grades offered are 60, 80 and 120 girt in 200mm diameter stares with a 25.4mm hole centre.
