This pneumatic impact wrench is specially designed for use underwater is compact and weighs only 5.7 Kg, it is easy to use yet powerful and meets group II Atex requirements.
The Spitznas 6 1316 0060 Atex pneumatic underwater impact wrench 3/4″ is designed to be used on bolts and nuts upto M30 in size and it has a maximum torque of 1350 Nm.
The Spitznas 613160060 Model is suitable for Atex group II, category 2 which is suitable for zones 1 and 2. Areas in which explosive atmospheres caused by gases, vapours, mists or air/dust mixtures are likely to occur occasionally. Including production facilities in the food industry, chemical plants, oil & gas, and the pharmaceutical industry.
As with most pneumatic ( air ) powered tools these need to be run from a compressor. Scuba tanks do not provide enough air flow to power them.
