The Aceti Art 23 edge chamfering and belt linishing machine has a twin speed motor allowing for both the chamfering and grinding of different materials.
The chamfering is done using a cutter with 10 indexable tips. With a capacity to handle plate of many different thicknesses due to the open feed channel. The unit has variable angles of cut from – 15 to 45 degrees. The Art 23 will cut chamfers of up to 6mm and also radii of between 2 and 5 mm with the appropriate cutters fitted.
The belt grinder is allows for working on the serrated contact wheel .The belt arm will accept belts from 2000 to 2500mm in length
Supplied with a cabinet stand ideal for consumable storage. Options include variable speed and inbuilt dust extraction.
